
Trained as a lawyer, I then built a career as a business executive, a few undiagnosed psychological conditions made the whole journey mostly painful and scary.
As pressure and responsibilities increased, I turned more and more into a miserable jerk and finally burned out.
In total denial, fully convinced that the problem was what I was doing, I quit my career to become a stand-up comedian, and it just got worse.
The issue was simple: deregulation of my nervous system.
From there, I spent thousands of hours training, practising and facilitating on various practices. The problem was not the thing I was doing but how I was doing things.
I then started Tiwara Breathwork because NS regulation works, and it doesn’t need to be (that) hard.
Now I am a happy leader in tech helping people on the side to get every day closer to the version of themselves they’d like to be.
